Our room had a king-size bed and a balcony. The housekeeping team maintained cleanliness, ensuring amenities were replenished. I appreciated the kind, friendly staff who were always ready to help. Breakfast had a wide array of delicious options. The dinner buffet was also good, though I wished it had even more variety.

The pool was often crowded, challenging to find a seat. Finding a spot at the pool bar was difficult, too. It was hard to relax as it was always so busy.

The noise was something. loud music blasted until late from what i gathered was a ground-floor club. even worse, a christmas day brunch turned into a nut allergy nightmare for a kid. Despite assurances, a dish wasn't properly labeled, leading to an allergic reaction. frankly, it all felt pretty substandard for the price i paid.

the breakfast buffet had many options. the gym is equipped with technogym equipment. i found the sauna relaxing after a workout. the pool was also refreshing in the heat.

The room cleaning was slow, and not thorough! i had to ask for towels. the beds were hard. A pillow topper never arrived despite multiple requests, sadly.
